Return Policy For Homemade Items
All sales are final on our homemade bath and body products and cannot be returned due to health and safety precautions. All sales are final on all special orders. All other homemade items listed on the website can be returned, however an $10.00 restocking fee will apply on returns if a Company Credit (credit card chargeback)is required (Sorry No Cash Refunds). If you need to return an item that was not mentioned previously, the item must be returned within 10 days of purchase, item must be returned in new condition, unused, and in original packaging. Since we offer low cost shipping to the customer, if returning a homemade item that can be returned, the customer is responsible for all shipping cost back to Wax Dipped Creations and Gifts / Blue Collar Wholesale with the address listed on our contact page. No COD returns are accepted, all returns must be prepaid.

- Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty.
- If repair is needed, please send item to the appropriate manufacturer for the warranty work.
- Defective products returned to us must be in there original packaging with all accessories and owners manuals.
